It is persistently smoky, endlessly beguiling like a magical cocktail of sweet, sour, bitter, and even salty effects. At the same time, it is lucid and vibrant – the smoke persistent yet never stifling, seeping through slowly and radiating with a charming persistence – one might even imagine smoky Lapsang Souchong tea. This boozy interlude leads into an accord where tobacco, oak, pine, and leather form the heart of this perfume. While the smoke begins to clear it never dissipates, as its intense darkness leads into clarity, like tendrils of smoke weaving through a dimly lit room.
