After purchasing this product, we will send you an email with a unique link to an interactive questionnaire that's designed to establish one's tastes - the overall process should take no longer than 15 minutes - and can be forwarded to your gift recipient for completion. After carefully completing this form, we will take the time to review the answers and carefully select the appropriate fragrances based on these responses. We will then prepare samples and send them out to your nominated address. Please note that this process usually takes about 5 business days from when you complete the questionnaire.
