Carefully made by skilled English craftspeople, the Simpsons Trafalgar T1 Synthetic Brush is a highly regarded short and compact brush with an extremely dense knot, giving it a versatile size and weight. The traditional simulated ivory handle has been hand turned and packed meticulously, following a 90+ year old tradition. Formed using premium grade synthetic fibres designed to imitate badger hair, the brush offers ultra-soft tips, excellent backbone and faster drying.

To use, immerse bristles in clean, warm water and shake off excess. Apply shaving cream to wet brush and use a circular motion to work up a creamy lather. Always rinse the brush in clean water after use and do not boil or soak.

Perfect travel sized brush

Not quite as soft as the muhle silvertip fibre but very good brush. It has backbone and splays well. It's quite dense too and has a nice overall feel. I look forward to breaking it in a little more. Face lathers great. I also don't think it's too small. But I am used to my 21mm knot of the muhle travel brush. This is actually 23mm and feels like the perfect size, I love the handle size, makes it great for travel too if you wanted.

Affordable addition to the Simpsons' range

This is a quality brush offered by Simpsons at an affordable price. I liked the backbone and density of the knot and found it quick to build up a lather. The synthetic hair is coarser than my previous synthetic brush and exfoliates the skin much more effectively. I just wish the handle was longer as the brush slipped several times from my grip.

Great compact shave brush.

This brush works a treat, nice and compact, would good for travel too.
It lathers very easily and well with any shave cream I've tried so far. Good value for money.
