Change of mind
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item for a refund or exchange within 100 days of the purchase date, as long as it is unopened and unused.
Note: We do not refund the original postage fees with the return or exchange.
How to return an item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We will advise the return address for you to send the products to.
- Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us. Items that arrive damaged — including damage to packaging — cannot be returned, so please package the item well.
- Provided that we receive the products in their original unused and unopened condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (excluding original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or PayPal account.
Damaged or faulty items
We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail.
We will then arrange for the products to be returned to us, free of charge, and a replacement will be sent out to you.
