1828 EDP Spray, 60ml
Jules Verne was born in Nantes, at the beginning of that century of discoveries. The close ocean took him far away, inspiring in him extraordinary novels of adventure.
Inspired by the father of literary science fiction, this eau de parfum, breathes its aromatic hesperides-like scents, just as a marine breeze over a wild heath. The scent of a treasure chest crafted from precious wood and filled with spices from faraway lands, stowed on a boat sailing uncharted seas.
Eau de Parfum
Fortifying and solid, this woody fragrance is confident and great for the office.

One should feel immediately impressed when they smell 1828. It is apparent that in-house perfumer Gérald Ghislain understands what makes a great woody fragrance, appealing to the masculine demand for cleanliness and freshness without confusing the two ideas. Two notes in particular are prime: nutmeg, which itself is spicy yet woody, giving the pepper note a tenderness, and eucalyptus, which smells like an immense and powerful breeze of wild air when combined with cedar wood. This primary melody is embellished with citrus notes that feel roughed up - full of body and richness as opposed to simple freshness; and incense, imparting length and an atmosphere of presence to 1828 that marks great fragrances in the masculine tradition.
