delivery within australia
All deliveries are handled by StarTrack Express (1-3 business days) or Australia Post eParcel (1-5 business days) and we will usually post your order the same day it is received, providing it is placed before 2:30PM (AEST), Monday to Friday.
If your order contains a cologne/fragrance or is going to a PO Box, then it must be sent via Australia Post eParcel. Orders can be traced online via the StarTrack or eParcel website. StarTrack is a no signature required service and the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address, Parcel Locker or via eParcel.

Deliveries to international destinations are sent via Australia Post International Standard with tracking and should arrive in 5-10 business days, depending on the destination. We will usually post your order the same day it is received, providing it is placed before 2:30PM (AEST), Monday to Friday. Orders can be subject to delays through customs. Please note that we cannot send fragrances/aftershaves internationally - these items will be removed from the order.
