Men's Oily Skin Care Routine.
Oily skin is thicker and has larger pores that can easily become clogged, resulting in an increase of blackheads or whiteheads. Skin is thick, dull and generally insensitive to harsh chemicals and climates.

Step 1: Cleanse

Why? Remove dirt and oil your skin naturally collects.
When? Twice a day, morning and night.
What? Jack Black Deep Dive Glycolic Facial Cleanser

The Kaolin clay in Jack Black's Deep Dive Cleanser will help to absorb oils, leaving skin feeling drier for longer.

Step 2: Tone
Why? Remove dirt and oil missed when cleansing, and prime the skin for moisturiser.
What? Thayer’s Original Witch Hazel Astringent

Your toner will collect any excess dirt and oil left after cleansing, as well as priming the skin to allow moisturisers and serums to penetrate deeper into your skin. Using an astringent toner will help kill blemish causing bacteria.

Step 3: Treat
Why? If you want to target a specific issue, such as fine lines and wrinkles, or large pores, then look at adding a serum to your routine.
When? 1-2 times a day, after toning.
What? Men-u Matt Skin Refresh Gel with Salicylic Acid

Like the vitamin-packed shot you add to your juice, serums are highly concentrated, fast acting and effective. Salicylic Acid will gently exfolaite skin to control oil, reduce the appearance of pores and keep skin clearer.

Step 4: Moisturise
Why? Don't mistake oil for moisture. Surprisingly, oily skin can be quite dehydrated, and skin will produce extra oil to compensate. Even the oiliest of skin should be using a moisturiser to properly hydrate and balance skin.
When? Twice a day, morning and night, after toning and/or applying serum.
What? Jack Black Clean Break Oil-Free Moisturiser

Choose an oil-free, lightweight cream or gel moisturiser that won't leave you looking shiny. If your moisturiser doesn't contain any SPF, always apply a sunscreen afterwards.

Step 5: Exfoliate
Why? Remove dead skin cells, revitalise complexion and prep the skin for shaving.
When? 2-3 times a week, after cleaning and before shaving.
What? Jack Black Face Buff Energising Scrub

Dead skin cells will cause oil to build-up under the surface, which causes pimples. Regular exfoliation will keep everything clean and new.

Extras: Face Mask
Why? Remove dead skin cells, revitalise complexion and clear impurities.
When? 1-2 times a week, after cleansing.
What? Baxter of California Clarifying Clay Mask

A gentle mask will get into your pores to draw out oils and impurities that a cleanser can't reach.
