I was surprised by the feel of this balm when I first used it, as it has the consistency of thick moisturising cream, rather than the more gel-like balms I was used to. It feels almost greasy when applied, but once it is rubbed in or wiped off, it leaves the skin smooth and comfortable. I found the fragrance somewhat ordinary, but I suppose that comes down to personal preference.

This is the Rolls Royce of creams. It comes out slightly thick, but then rubs on smooth. It has a very subtle fragrance; if you were to apply after shave, it would be no issue. It leaves your skin soft, smooth, supple and most importantly, not glossy.

HOW TO USE

After shaving, apply cold water. Pat skin dry. Apply a small amount of balm to shaved areas. Massage until completely absorbed.
