I think I've found my product

The speick balm is the 5th balm ive tried and i think ive found my product. The smell is a bit different - it's meant to be all natural - but i dont mind it at all. The balm is thick, creamy, goes on well and ... spreadable (i use half as much as i normally would). It doesnt leave my face dry, or wet for that matter. And feels great!

I take it back...

I've done this one before on a review; I was wrong on this one. It does surpass the original IMO.

The scent is fresher and probably has wider appeal. It's creamier and absorbs really well, your face feels great. You do use more than the old one, and they give you less, so value is down, but it's still a damn good product. Like all the other Speick stuff this one is one of my staples.

It's changed

Thought it only fair to do an update on this since they changed it. First up you'll notice you get a third less for the same money. Second, it's thicker and heavier than before, so you need a bit more for coverage, and it absorbs more slowly. The scent is more subtle. Can't say how this has changed its post shave performance as I use this with an aftershave, to ensure I don't get dry skin. It's still good value, but it used to be far better in all aspects in my opinion.

Used twice now and I have lost all the red markings on my neck. Feels really nice, and I don't sweat a lot after applying it like I did other post shave products. Nice! Will buy again.

Face-mayonnaise... superior.

A pleasure to review this product, and a joy to know it's available in Australia - last time I had to go to Germany! You will not find a more soothing after-shave balm.... in the world. Once you get used to feeling as though you are sliming mayonnaise onto your face, you'll never look back. One bottle lasts for ages. Brilliant.
Deo stick and a/s lotion also excellent. Secret Swiss valerian-type mountain herb what does it, apparently.

This product's scent is quite odd - it doesn't smell like anything else I've ever found (that doesn't mean it's bad...it's actually quite a nice scent.) However it works as well as anything I've ever found - this soothes better than many other ASBs. If anyone asked me for one ASB recommendation, after telling them they're crazy and should acquire as many as possible, I'd tell them (and probably mispronounce) Speick.
It's incredible.

It's Speick. In a balm.

If you like the AS, you'll probably like this. It's got that Speick scent, but it's sort of...creamier. Not as potent, but lingers a bit longer for me. Precious little is needed, so value is well up there. Balm-wise, I don't get much soothing from this, but I do from my splashes, although they tend to dry me a bit, hence adding a balm. So it's nice to layer up that Speickaliciousness.

Some hate the smell, I love it. It's unique and doesn't stink of your usual artificial crap.

Instant relief for any post shave burn/irritation with superb moisturising. I also use it whenever my face feels dry.

150ml will last ages too. A+ product.

Love the scent and yes it feels a little like mayo but you don;t need much to give you a great soothing balm. The scent doesn't linger too long (but wish it did) and its all natural stuff, great for sensitive skin types and for oily skin, my go to after shave balm! Good value too!
