The Vulfix Pure Badger Hair Shaving Brush #849 has been handmade using 100% Pure Badger hair and is a great entry-level brush for a beginner. Handle has been lathe turned and features a faux ivory finish. Made in the UK.

Handle height: 53mm. Bristle height (loft): 47mm. Overall brush height: 100mm. Knot diameter: 19mm.

HOW TO USE

Do not boil the brush - it has already been sterilised. Lather lightly without pressure. Rinse the brush thoroughly after use and remove all excess moisture. Hang brush in the open to dry with the bristles pointing down.

"I recently got fully kitted out from Men's Biz and chose this brush on MB's recommendation. My only previous experience was a cheap Boar brush, and there is simply no comparison to a good badger like this one. It puffs out a lot more after first use, so while it looks on the small side in the picture here, it certainly isn't. This brush does everything I could expect it to; it holds water really well, it creates lather ridiculously easily from either soap or cream, and is very soft on the face. The amount of lather it can hold is unreal - it almost avalanches from the brush when you give it a squeeze to get all the extra creamy stuff out. You can pay an awful lot more for a brush, but this one does everything you need. And then some."
