We've gone to great lengths to keep your details secure. All our real-time credit card authorisations are handled by PayPal and eWay and are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption.
PayPal and eWay are widely respected for providing secure and reliable online payment solutions. We've chosen to deal with the best so you can feel safe knowing that your personal information is kept safe and secure at all times.
To provide you with complete peace of mind, your credit card details are never stored on our server or in any system at PayPal or eWay.
No one wants to hand over their personal information to an unreliable source. We acknowledge this and we understand that it can cause concern when someone asks you for personal details, especially if you don't know how the information is going to be used. At Men's Biz, we want you to know exactly what information we collect and how we use it:
What personal information do we collect?
Whenever you register a store account, make a purchase, subscribe to the newsletter or register a forum account, we will need to gather information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, phone number, delivery address and credit card details. In each case, we will only collect the information that is necessary for us to fulfill your request.
How do we use your personal information?
At Men's Biz, we use your personal information to:
- Process your order or provide you with the services you have requested;
- Contact you regarding your order or any problems with your account;
- Keep you informed of the latest news, products, and special features;
- Make your shopping experience more efficient and enjoyable;
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we do not sell or rent your details to any third parties. However, at times it will be necessary for us to share your information with certain companies that perform services for us, such as delivering packages or processing credit card payments. Personal information may also be disclosed if required by law. In these instances, we will only provide the details they require to perform their specific function and they may not use this information for any other purposes.
From time to time, we will send out a newsletter to customers who have agreed to accept it. If you have received an email and would like to cancel your subscription, just follow the instructions at the bottom of the email and we will remove you from the mailing list.

postage costs and delivery times
We offer FREE REGULAR DELIVERY on orders of $120 or more - just select 'Free Delivery' as the postage option when you checkout. For orders totaling less than $120, a delivery charge will apply:
Regular Delivery within Australia: $6.00 Flat Rate
Express Delivery within Australia: $12.00 Flat Rate
Small Double Edge Blade Orders (Maximum 30 Blades): $2.00 Flat Rate
Regular Delivery within New Zealand: $12.00 Flat Rate
All deliveries are handled by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers and we deliver to Australian and New Zealand addresses only. Most orders will require a signature on delivery, so it's best if you get your order sent to a work address if you're not home during business hours. We will usually post your order the same day it is received, providing it is placed before 4PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, and the goods are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched the next business day or as soon as the products become available. Regular delivery should arrive in 1-5 business days, while express delivery will usually arrive in 1-2 business days, depending on the destination. Small blade orders containing a maximum of 30 blades will be posted anywhere in Australia or New Zealand for $2.00. Blades will be sent in an envelope and unlike our parcel service, is untraceable and won't require a signature on delivery. As such, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in the post.
We make every effort to provide you with a few free samples every time you place an order with us. While we cannot process requests for specific samples, we will do our best to select products we feel will be of particular interest to you.
Unopened Products:
Changed your mind? That's fine. We will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products providing that we receive your return request within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return and that any free/gift with purchase products must also be returned if your order no longer qualifies. To return a product, please follow the simple steps below:
1. Contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We'll advise the best address for you to send the products to.
2. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us.
3. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or PayPal account. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.
Please note that all prices displayed on this site are in Australian Dollars. We currently accept payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express via the following methods:
Pay with your Credit Card Online (preferred)
This is the fastest and easiest way to pay for your items. Just select the items you would like to purchase and proceed to the checkout, where you will be asked to enter your billing information. Please ensure your details are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. Contact your credit card provider if you need to check the exact billing address associated with your card. For larger orders, we may require you to fax us a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with suitable identification such as a driver's licence or passport.
Pay with your Credit Card over the Phone
If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, please call us on 1300 784 789 during business hours. Please have your credit card details and the details of the item/s you would like to order ready.
Pay with PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you're welcome to use it to pay for your items. Just select PayPal as the payment option when you checkout. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one here.
