HOW TO USE

Apply to clean, dry skin before shaving or moisturising. Saturate cotton ball or tissue with toner and gently wipe facial area for 30-60 seconds. Avoid eye and mouth area. Let evaporate. Repeat up to three times per day for oily or problematic skin.
