I've used this several times now and to me, this isn't as effective as using Phisohex face wash to treat pimples. With this product, the pimple fades over 3-4 days, which is better than not doing anything at all, but using Phisohex clears it up slightly faster for me. This also has a nasty smell, though it does fade after awhile.
