Office is located at Studio 2, Level 1, 32 Wangaratta Street, Richmond VIC 3121 (just around the corner from The Corner Hotel). We're on the first floor of an old warehouse and there's no external signage ... so it's easy to miss.

It's only a 2 minute walk from Richmond Station and the number 70 tram on Swan St. There is street parking available, but we'd suggest catching public transport where possible.

Online orders can be placed 24/7, but the office will only be open for pickups and phone support between the hours below:

normal hours

Normal office hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Please call 1300 784 789 to confirm opening hours over the Easter and Christmas/New Year period.
