Pump 1-2 shots into wet palm. Apply over the body and work up a lather. Keep out of eyes. Rinse well.

1. Not as concentrated as it should be - most men-u stuff is great, but this requires a little more than the bottle suggests.
2. Opaque bottle makes it hard to tell how much you have left - most other men-u bottles are transparent.
3. Pricey considering point 1.
I will continue to use though!
