I use this product once a day in the evenings as a night-time moisturiser. The 8% glycolic acid content is one of the highest AHA treatments I've tried so far and I've had great results (tingles a bit at first but you get used to it). It's light, absorbs quickly and has no unpleasant smell like some of the competing brands. Like it says on the packaging, DON'T use this immediately after shaving as it will sting (I suggest applying an after shave balm/skin food and waiting for that to dry before putting this on). It's a bit on the expensive side but 'I'm worth it'. Oops, is that someone else's line?

Using a high-quality moisturiser is one of the tested ways of improving your skin (so the experts say). This Jack Black moisturiser qualifies. I'm two months into using it and getting great results. As another reviewer has said, it has a bit of a nip after shaving, but not a problem for me - I shave in the morning and use an after shave balm, then use this before bed. It's very light, and completely absorbed in minutes. You don't feel like you're going to bed covered in oil!

I really don't care for the strong chemical smell of this product. Smells like pimple cream. Also, it stings slightly in certain spots (usually where you've shaved a little too eagerly). That aside, I cannot dispute the effectiveness of this product. Combined with a good cleanser, this product has reduced my pimple issues significantly, and it's probably the strength of the ingredients that cause my two issues above. Moreover while it doesn't smell very good, the smell only lasts a short while and is absorbed very quickly into the skin which means my pillow doesn't smell of it. Full marks, but I'll deduct one star for the smell and sting.

HOW TO USE

Apply a nickel-size amount of Line Smoother Face Moisturizer on face and neck. To begin, apply in the evening before going to bed. After skin becomes used to the product, apply both morning and evening. (Note: You may notice a mild tingling when using the product immediately after shaving. This is normal and temporary. If skin appears to be too sensitive after shaving, apply the product just once daily, in the evening.) During the day, always use a sunscreen under Line Smoother.
