delivery within australia

All deliveries are handled by StarTrack and orders will usually arrive in 1-3 business days, depending on the destination. We will usually post your order the same day it is received, providing it is placed before 2PM (AEST), Monday to Friday. Orders can be traced online via the StarTrack website. StarTrack is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address.

international deliveries

Deliveries to international destinations are sent via Air Mail and should arrive in 5-10 business days. We will usually post your order the same day it is received, providing it is placed before 4PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, and the goods are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched the next business day or as soon as the products become available. Orders can be subject to delays through customs and any duties or taxes payable are the responsibility of the purchaser.
